Job Summary
This position plays a key role in managing the UKG revenue accounting software environment, including system integrity, controls, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. It also manages day-to-day operational responsibilities, including production issue resolution and month-end support, while partnering with Finance and IT on system implementations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support RevPro/ Zuora automated Revenue systems, controls, integrations, and manage month end production issues.
• Facilitate audit and control requirements by maintaining process maps, SOPs, and access controls documentation.
• Ensure systems and workflows support ASC 606 compliance, revenue allocation, performance obligations, deferred revenue, and downstream reporting.
• Support deferred revenue reconciliation and align accounting treatment across systems.
• Translate complex revenue accounting needs from accountants and finance stakeholders into technical product requirements.
• Create test strategy, test scenarios, and produce and execute test scripts for both new applications and enhancements.
• Enable data migration, UAT readiness, and cutover planning for systems implementations and enhancements, in partnership with IT and finance teams.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business, and IT to improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and strengthen auditability across the revenue lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting and revenue systems, including ASC 606 or IFRS 15.
• Strong experience with order to cash, ERP, billing, and revenue automation platforms; Salesforce and Zuora Revenue /RevPro preferred.
• Deep understanding of data flows, reconciliations, internal controls, and scalable financial process design.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset; SQL, Alteryx, ADO or related technical skills preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance, Accounting, IT, and business teams.
• Proven Experience with Microsoft office - Excel/Word and PowerPoint
Education
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
The pay range for this position is $129,500 to $140,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
