Principal Recruitment Consultant

What You'll Be Doing

Client Development

You've already won clients, and you know what good looks like.

You'll build on your existing experience to develop relationships with hiring managers and business leaders - not just filling roles but becoming a trusted partner in their growth.

Candidate Engagement

You're confident leading from the front: driving conversations, influencing decisions, and building long-term relationships with high-performing candidates.

Here, you will take that one step further - building a consistent, high-quality pipeline through a proactive approach and credibility in your space.

End to end Process Management

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial brief through to offer negotiation and post-placement support.

You'll deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that keeps both clients and candidates coming back, not because they have to, but because they choose to.

Embrace Technology and Data

We don't replace judgement and relationship building with technology and tools - but we do invest where it will add value to how you do that better.

Our approach to marketing and technology is market-leading and we are truly creating something special. We're investing heavily in our platform and hiring expertise from leading technology companies to amplify our reach and access. Paired with real-time market insight and data, it means less admin, more impact, and the ability to move faster than anywhere else you've worked before.

What We're Looking For

You're not looking for someone to teach you recruitment. You're looking for a platform to do more with what you already have - better clients, bigger opportunities and the space to perform at a higher level.

If you have already proven yourself and you're ready to raise the bar, you'll fit right in.

• Experience: 2-5 years in a 360 permanent placement recruitment
• Ambition: You want to accelerate your performance, earnings, and progression
• Communication: You know how to build credibility with both clients and candidates
• Commercial mindset: You understand how activity translates into revenue
• Resilience: You've already experienced the highs and lows, and you keep going

What We Expect

Show Up and Deliver, Consistently

Success in recruitment is built on activity. You understand the importance of calls, conversations, and consistency, and you're motivated by improving your output over time.

Own Your Results

You've had exposure to targets, KPIs, and ownership of your desk. Here, you'll take that to the next level, with the expectation that you will drive your own performance and continuously raise the bar.

Be Resilient

You know recruitment isn't linear. Deals fall through, candidates drop out, and priorities shift. The difference is how you respond, and that's what defines long-term success.

What's In It for You
