As a Principal Product Marketing Manager on the Photoshop Product Marketing team, you'll play a meaningful role in transforming the flagship product underpinning the Creative Cloud business-Photoshop-and deepening adoption in a new era of AI-powered growth. You'll help shape how Firefly and AI come together with Photoshop to empower graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and other professional creatives to create unique, standout content. This role will sit on the Product Marketing team leading global, customer-facing product and feature releases, as well as initiatives from awareness to engagement. Scope will span from gathering and synthesizing early customer research and insights, to informing the product roadmap as Photoshop transforms for the AI era, and optimizing use cases, creative, and messaging for scaled outbound marketing to drive business growth.
What You'll Do- Strategic Planning: Set clear goals for product marketing releases and initiatives, aligning with Adobe's strategic goals, and communicate strategy and plans effectively to team members and collaborators.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, using data and insights to inform a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Define and communicate an enduring and unique value prop for how Photoshop and Firefly work together as part of the Creative Cloud portfolio. Translate technical capabilities into compelling, consistent messaging that resonates across channels, audiences, and Creative Cloud.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the go-to-market process for new product launches, including messaging, positioning, informing pricing, and promotional activities.
- Driving Value & Performance: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive measurable value, using data and analytics to optimize performance against business objectives.
- Customer Journey: Map and analyze the customer journey to identify key touchpoints and difficulties, and develop strategies to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction.
- Influencing Senior Leadership: Present strategies, plans, and results to senior leadership to inform decision-making, acting as a key cross-functional partner to ensure seamless collaboration on marketing initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed - Passion for new technologies, creative image-editing products, and the creative industry. Hands-on experience with Photoshop or any digital imaging tools and the GenAI landscape is preferred.

Requirements - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or a related degree is preferred OR 10+ years of experience OR equivalent practical experience
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $145,400 -- $261,150 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $180,300 - $261,150In Washington, the pay range for this position is $165,600 - $239,725
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
