Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead a portfolio of product management and insights initiatives within the AWS Private Pricing Program. This pivotal role will be a thought leader tasked with the development and management of strategic initiatives, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and cross-functional leadership to ensure operational excellence.

As a Global Leader, Private Pricing PM-T, you will create a vision and roadmap for 3PX products and insights within the AWS Private Pricing Program. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with broader business objectives. You will have a keen eye for gaps in product solutions and the innovative mindset to fill them.

In this role you will bring experience with demonstrated communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively to ensure timelines are met in an ever changing, fast paced business environment. You will deep dive on projects end-to-end, from engaging with stakeholders from production to delivery of tools, insights and reports at high standards by establishing mechanisms that fuels scale. You should be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big and be creative (while still paying careful attention to detail). You focus on delivering measurable results, and with those results clearly communicated to stakeholders. You are a strong writer that can clearly communicate complex topics to a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. You proactively work to improve the consistency and integration between your team's solutions and any related systems or artifacts.

Prioritize features, experience enhancements, bug fixes, and simplify tech landscape based on predefined criteria in a fast-paced, complex environment

Lead & participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership using data-driven insights to inform business critical decisions

Proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability, continuously improving the team's capabilities and output.

Pioneer the integration of latest technologies, such as Generative AI, into existing operational workflows, to drive continual innovation for improved customer experiences across private pricing mechanisms.

Evolve norms and processes such as product management templates, backlog management, prioritization criteria, requirements writing, communications and stakeholder management.
