Working at the frontier of applied AI, you'll take advanced models from research into real-world, production-grade solutions. You'll collaborate with leading AI researchers and engineers to solve complex, high-value problems in a highly regulated environment. This role offers the chance to drive responsible AI adoption, influence enterprise strategy, and create tangible impact through innovative, AI-driven products.
Your responsibilities include:- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop product vision, positioning, value proposition that supports AI understanding, business prioritization, and adoption of solutions;
- Identify market opportunities and define the product roadmap, focusing on innovative solutions that leverage AI technologies to solve real-world problems;
- Set ambitious objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement;
- Product Development:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
- Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into products that drives business value and adoption;
- Implement agile methodologies to ensure flexibility, rapid iteration, and responsiveness to feedback;
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Borealis and RBC, fostering collaboration and alignment towards a shared vision;
- Influence and inspire cross-functional teams, including business owners, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless product execution;
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and buy-in;
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship:
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative thinking and the exploration of new ideas;
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate AI advancements into your strategy;
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, promoting experimentation and the use of data to drive decision-making.
You're our ideal candidate if you have:- 8+ years of product management experience in a top-tier technology company or large enterprise, with a focus on AI/ML-based products
- In-depth experience of a managing a product throughout its entire lifecycle within a large, matrixed enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving alignment
- Exception communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiar with AI/ML concepts, data-driven mindset, familiar with system evaluation, monitoring and optimization
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members
