  • Backlog & Execution Management: Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog for aligned stakeholder groups, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
  • Agile & Scrum Execution: Operate actively in a Scrum framework-breaking down complex epics and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable technical tasks while participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with our global team.
  • Impediment Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve project-level risks and requirement trade-offs with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Mentorship & Influence: Guide project teams through uncertainty, facilitate scoping workshops, and provide mentorship to junior colleagues.

  • Strategic thinking to anticipate future business needs and propose proactive improvements for your assigned areas.
  • Proactive and organized with an attention to detail, ensuring we are always planning ahead to achieve delivery milestones.
  • Strong leadership qualities to guide teams, facilitate workshops, and mentor junior colleagues.
