Job Description:Role Summary- Lead solutioning for Data, AI, and GenAI-driven transformation in financial services.
- Own end-to-end deal shaping, solution design, and client advisory to drive business value and win strategic engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead RFPs, proposals, and deal shaping for Data & AI opportunities.
- Design end-to-end solutions (data platforms, AI/GenAI, cloud architectures).
- Translate client problems into scalable, business-driven solutions.
- Drive use case identification and value (ROI) articulation.
- Lead client workshops with CDO, CIO, and Risk/Compliance stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment from solution 12 delivery 12 execution roadmap.
- Build reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.
Qualifications- 10-15+ years in Financial Services + Data/AI consulting.
- Strong experience in solutioning, architecture, and proposals.
- Expertise in data platforms, cloud, and analytics.
- Experience with AI/GenAI solutions.
- Domain exposure to Banking and/or Insurance.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 125000 to 145000
