Join us as a Technical Leader at the forefront of Intelligent Power Device innovation, where your deep expertise and institutional knowledge will shape the direction of next-generation smart switch technologies. In this role, you will not only drive technical excellence but also guide and coach engineers across teams, leveraging your strong leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders, accelerate development, and build a high-performing organization capable of delivering "world-class" solutions. • Provide technical leadership for the development of next-generation Intelligent Power Devices (IPDs), driving innovation, protection performance, and product competitiveness. • Lead cross-functional development teams through the complete product lifecycle, from concept and design through validation, qualification, and production readiness. • Define and implement system and design architectures that balance performance, reliability, power efficiency, area optimization, and cost objectives. • Drive design verification, modeling, simulation, and test methodologies to ensure robust first-pass silicon success and accelerated development cycles. • Identify, assess, and mitigate silicon- and system-level technical risks, establishing proactive strategies for design quality and predictable project execution. • Ensure compliance with automotive reliability, safety, and quality standards, including AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 functional safety requirements. • Manage project schedules, costs, resources, and technical deliverables while providing hands-on support for evaluation, debugging, and complex problem resolution. • Collaborate closely with design, verification, test, quality, and application engineering teams, while mentoring engineers and strengthening the organization's IPD technical capabilities.
