We are looking for a compassionate Physician to join our team onsite at our Conviva Deerfield Beach, Florida clinic. We are focused on delivering value-based care to a senior population. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about patient outcomes, geriatric population, preventive medicine, and building long-term relationships with patients.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive, clinic-based environment designed to allow providers to focus on patient care—not volume. The Physician focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keep a medical history and medical records. Refer patients to specialists. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and performs work without direction. Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments. You will report directly to the Area Medical Director.

- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
- See 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
- Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
- Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient care Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
- Minimum of two+ years of experience
- 1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.
- Bilingual is a plus

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$255,000 - $298,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
