Position Details- Full-time, employed physician position
- Outpatient practice setting
- Collaborative care team including nurse practitioners, medical assistants, office support staff, and practice management
- Office hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Provider schedule may vary based on practice needs and coverage
Practice Environment- Established outpatient practice with a stable patient base
