Full Job Description
About the Role
Seen Health provides care for older adults in the San Gabriel Valley, many of whom have complex health needs. As Practice Manager, you'll run our clinic day to day so every participant gets timely, coordinated care in a language and style that feels familiar to them. You'll lead our clinical team of RNs, LVNs and Medical Assistants, building the schedules, workflows and habits that hold up on the busiest days. When the practice runs well, our clinicians can focus on patients, and participants and families feel the difference at every visit. You'll report directly to our Director of Clinical Operations, a true partner in this work, and together you'll own how well our clinic runs and the quality of care our participants receive. If you love building teams, improving how things work, and seeing your impact on the people we serve, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities
