Job Description- Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans
- Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants
- Conducts phone triaging
- Oversees medication management and is familiar with medication authorization process
- Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed.
- Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors
- Conducts Clinical meetings
- Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership
- Visiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.
QualificationsQualificationsRequired: - Bachelor's required.
- Valid NJ RN License
Preferred:- 2+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices
- 2 years of inpatient/hospital experience
- Gastroenterology experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professionalism and confidentiality
