About the Role

iCapital is seeking two mid-senior level investment professionals for its portfolio management team, who will each be responsible for building and managing an evergreen portfolio comprised of private equity and/or private real asset investments. Each hire will serve as the primary portfolio manager for a newly launched evergreen, registered fund: one focused on private equity fund investments and co-investments, and one focused on private real assets fund investments and co-investments. These professionals will play integral roles in helping grow iCapital's evergreen registered fund business.
Responsibilities
  • Perform due diligence on private equity and private real assets co- and fund investment and co-investment opportunities, as applicable to the relevant fund mandate.
  • Manage portfolio construction and liquidity across multiple underlying strategies.
  • Drive overall strategy and play a key role in discussions with existing and potential investors.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and manage external partnerships with underlying general partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Distribution, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $160,000 to $220,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
