As a Planning and Procurement Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management at our manufacturing facility in Montréal Nord. Every day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and reduce lead times.
You will showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan execution, contributing to the profitable growth of our Installation Products division.
This role is based in Montreal and the work model is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities- Owning the site supply planning process, including demand forecasting and supply chain optimization
- Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Running short-term planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution teamsSupporting profitable execution of customer orders in coordination with business functions and supply units
- Optimizing inventory levels to balance customer service with working capital efficiency
- Collaborating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications- You have 3+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or related supply chain functions.
- You are fluent in both English and French (verbal and written). English is necessary to communicate with clients outside Quebec.
- You are highly skilled in supply chain planning tools, demand forecasting methodologies, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- You possess strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production scheduling, and inventory optimization principles.
- You have a proven track record working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- You are passionate about data-driven decision making and process improvement.
- You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
Nice to Have- Experience with electrical products or industrial manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with SAP Torque platform
- CSCP or APICS certification
