Full Job Description
Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic seeking a Pain Management Physician to join a growing, well-supported pain program in Hopkinsville, KY. This position offers a strong guaranteed salary, tiered productivity incentives, APP support, and the opportunity to build a long-term, sustainable practice within a physician-led health system.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $550,000
• Sign-on bonus: $50,000 (forgivable loan over 5 years)
• 5-year contract with automatic annual renewal
• Comprehensive benefits package

• CME: 5 days + $3,500 annual stipend
• $1,500 annual CME technology allowance

Practice Setting:
This outpatient-focused pain management role includes:
• Employed position with Deaconess KY Specialty Clinic
• Established referral base within Deaconess network
• APP support with supervision compensation
• Modern clinic space with state-of-the-art equipment
• Epic EMR across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Opportunity to participate in program growth and service line development

Key Responsibilities:
