Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted Colorado medical license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient primary care to adult and senior patients
Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management
Collaborate with medical assistants and care coordinators
Utilize Athena EMR for patient documentation
