Physician (MD)

Qualifications

• Active Texas Medical License
• DEA certification
• Board Certified in relevant specialty
• Inpatient or Hospitalist experience preferred
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to residents in Assisted and Independent Living communities
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to ensure quality care
• Conduct regular health assessments and follow-ups
• Manage medication and treatment plans
• Educate residents and families on health management
