Full Job Description
Position Highlights
  • Guaranteed Base Salary: $525,000 for the first 12 months, plus quality incentive bonus
  • Lucrative Compensation Model: Productivity-based earnings with investment opportunity in the Evansville Surgery Center (joint venture with Deaconess and community surgeons)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $100K for experienced surgeons; $50K for those with training stipends available for current fellows

Multidisciplinary Excellence
  • Work alongside a team of experts from various specialties to provide patient-centered and comprehensive care to our patients with a Head and Neck/Cutaneous tumor board already established.
  • All services under one roof: medical/surgical oncology, infusion, radiation oncology
  • Other specialized tumor boards include GU, GI, Gyn, Thoracic, Breast, Neuro, and Hematologic Malignancies

Practice Locations
  • Deaconess Hospital Midtown & Gateway Campuses
  • Inpatient and outpatient integrated practice with NP/PA support
📞 Call Structure
  • Head/Neck cancer call coverage with APP support.
  • Other options possible - based on surgeon preference and experience for ENT facial/trauma call shared with established ENT program.
