Responsibilities
Manage a diverse patient load in a completely outpatient setting
Collaborate with an established medical team including an APP and support staff
Participate in after-hours on-call rotations approximately every three months
Educate and mentor medical students during their clinical rotations
Utilize advanced technology such as EPIC EHR and DAX in patient care
Engage in health promotion and disease prevention strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

100% Outpatient - No inpatient responsibilities
Flexible Schedule - Option for 4-day work week, no weekends
Minimal Call - Average of 1 after-hours call every 3 months, supported by Mercy On-Call
Established Team - 1 experienced physician, 1 APP, RN, MA, and full office support staff
Modern Facility - Beautiful clinic built in 2015, on-site lab, hospital nearby for imaging
Technology - System-wide EPIC EHR and DAX (Dragon Ambient Experience) provided
