Menlo Medical Clinic (MMC), a partner of Stanford Medicine, has an opportunity for a full-time or part-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established practice in Menlo Park, CA. We offer excellent compensation, collegial support in a multispecialty practice that prioritizes physician self-governance, autonomy, and well-being.
Position Details
- Full-time is 32 hours/4 days per week
- Partner alongside 20 primary care physicians
- Flexible Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 9a -5p
- Primary Care clinicians see approximately 15 patients per day
- No weekend clinic or inpatient responsibilities
- After hours nurse triage coverage, light nighttime call from home shared with our larger group
- Partnership track: Provisional status with opportunity to join the Partnership after two years
- Family medicine - Adults only, no OB
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must possess a MD or DO degree
- Board-certified or board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
- Currently licensed to practice within CA or must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license
- Recent primary care outpatient experience a plus
- Immediate availability preferred

- Provisional: Guaranteed salary for two years with productivity-based incentive bonus.
