This APP also provides care throughout adulthood including pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and beyond.Responsibilities • Provide prenatal and postpartum care and support. • Conduct routine exams such as pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams • Consultation and treatment related to irregular menses, hormone disorders, fertility and family planning, sexual transmitted disease and menopausal related conditions. • Referral to other OB/GYN physicians and/or healthcare specialists for additional diagnosis, health related screenings, and further evaluation-based treatment. • Prescribe and administer medications or therapies to treat disease or injury. • Order radiologic imaging or labs as indicated. • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings. Requirements • Completion of accredited NP, PA-C, or CNM program • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment • Must maintain active ARNP, PA-C, or CNM licensure throughout employment • DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association. • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills. • Compassionate bedside manner and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $163,000.00 - $171,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
