Responsibilities

Full Job Description
Join our collaborative orthopaedic surgery team as a Physician Assistant and enjoy a well-rounded role with a blend of clinic and OR responsibilities-ideal for providers passionate about musculoskeletal care, procedures, and patient outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you'll:
  • Provide in-office care including comprehensive and problem-focused histories, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopaedic injuries and conditions.
  • Manage pre- and post-operative patients, coordinate imaging and diagnostic testing, and facilitate referrals.
  • Perform joint injections, splinting/casting, and other common ortho procedures.
  • Assist in surgery as First Assist, working directly alongside our orthopaedic surgeon in a range of procedures.
  • Participate in hospital rounds, write orders and progress notes, perform H&Ps, and support discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, surgical expectations, and recovery goals.
