Primary Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' physical conditions through assessments, interviews, and medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery
- Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with clinic policies and regulations
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
Positions in this function require education/certification/licensure as a Physical Therapist. Positions are responsible for providing appropriate therapy in a clinical setting.

Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current CA state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in orthopedic physical therapy, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proven solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage a high patient caseload
Preferred Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience as a physical therapist
- 1+ years of experience with orthopedic conditions

The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
