About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Tribeca Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. We are dedicated to providing personalized care in a supportive environment, making a meaningful impact on our community in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:- Valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
- Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
Compensation: $89,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
