Graduate or upcoming graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or Pending California Physical Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain before providing patient care
Passion for helping people improve their mobility and health
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based care that achieves results
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients on injury prevention and empower them through their recovery
Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and referring providers to enhance patient experience
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities
