JOB REQUIREMENT: STAFF PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Company: Evolve Physical Therapy - Powered by Rise Therapy Partners
Locations: Brooklyn, NY (Marine Park, Midwood, Park Slope, Mill Basin and Gravesend)
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (20-40 hours/week, Flexible)
Office Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Fri 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Schedule TBD within business hours)
Salary: Starts at $90000 per year
WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

⦿ Conduct Initial Evaluations, generate therapy diagnoses, and implement comprehensive Plans of Care.
