Full Job Description
Role Overview

We're hiring a Performance Marketing Manager (AI & Growth): a hybrid growth practitioner who combines data-driven media buying with technical infrastructure skills and a real appetite for AI innovation.

You will own our paid acquisition campaigns end to end, build and maintain the measurement stack that connects ad spend to HubSpot accounts and deals (GTM, server-side GTM, GA4, Conversions API), and shape our next generation of marketing execution by building AI agents, automated workflows and AI-assisted creative pipelines.

You will work closely with our sales leadership, our GTM Engineering team, our Lead Designer and our Brand Marketing Manager, on one shared pipeline objective.

This is a hybrid role for someone based in the Montreal area, ideally 2 to 3 days a week at our office in Brossard.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing: Execution and Optimization (50%)
  • Plan, launch and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms to hit strict CAC, LTV and ROAS targets.
  • Actively manage daily budgets, bid strategies, campaign structures and audience targeting.
  • Continually test and optimize funnels to convert cold traffic into qualified CRM leads and customers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle: creative strategy, form design and landing page optimization.
  • Work with sales leadership to keep a tight handshake between marketing and sales: lead routing, response time, lead quality feedback.

Technical Implementation and Marketing Infrastructure (30%)
  • Implement, audit and maintain web and server-side Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and GA4 analytics architectures.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Conversions API (CAPI) integrations and server-to-server tracking to ensure resilient attribution.
  • Manage two-way integrations and lead-routing workflows between web forms, ad platforms and HubSpot CRM using native APIs, Zapier, Make or n8n.
  • Push CRM stage changes back to the ad networks as offline conversions so the algorithms optimize on qualified accounts, not form fills.

Growth Innovation, AI Agents and Creative Systems (20%)
  • Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that handle operational marketing loops (campaign reporting, lead enrichment, ad monitoring).
  • Partner with our Lead Designer and Brand Marketing Manager to build scalable AI creative pipelines using the latest image, video and copy generation models, to rapidly iterate ad assets and lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Pioneer new AI-driven marketing methods that multiply the output of our growth engine.

What Success Looks Like in This Role
  • Attribution you can trust: every paid lead is tied to its campaign and ad in HubSpot, with no double counting and no drop-offs between form, CRM and ad platforms.
  • Targets hit: monthly qualified account volume and CAC on plan, with paid-sourced pipeline growing at a flat or lower cost per qualified account.
  • A learning machine: a steady cadence of documented landing page, form and creative experiments, and a paid conversion rate that climbs quarter over quarter.
  • Leverage: AI agents and automations that remove recurring manual work and run without babysitting.
  • Partnership: sales trusts the leads you send, and the weekly performance report comes with recommendations, not just numbers.

Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance media budgets with direct accountability for conversion targets (CAC, ROAS, lead volume).
  • A few years in a performance or digital marketing agency: you have run paid media across several accounts and verticals and know what good looks like.
  • Technical depth with Google Tag Manager (web and server-side), GA4 data layers and Conversions API (CAPI) setups.
  • Deep curiosity and practical experience applying AI tools (LLMs, generative media models, agentic frameworks) to marketing workflows.
  • Hands on: you manage budgets, bids, tags and landing pages yourself rather than only briefing a vendor.
  • You live in the numbers and frame every decision in unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback.
  • B2B experience. B2B SaaS with a sales-led funnel (marketing to sales handoff, lead qualification) strongly preferred.
  • Fluent in English. French is a strong asset, since our Quebec campaigns, forms and landing pages run in French.
  • Based in the Montreal area and able to come to our Brossard office 2 to 3 days a week.

Nice to have:
  • Proven experience with CRM data architectures (specifically HubSpot) and automation middleware (Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Experience writing Python or JavaScript scripts for custom API connections.
  • Hands-on experience with n8n, Dust or Claude Code for AI or custom agent workflows.
  • LinkedIn Ads for B2B account targeting.
  • Startup or small-company experience where you built the stack and the playbook from scratch.
  • Passionate about fitness and sports in general.

Benefits
  • Hybrid work from our Brossard office, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week
  • Health and Insurance Benefits: FLiiP covers 50% of group plan premiums
  • A fast-moving, execution-first culture where experiments are welcomed and speed is celebrated
  • A high-leverage role with full ownership of your channels, stack and roadmap
  • A tight-knit team, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the chance to shape a category-defining product

If you love turning ad spend into pipeline, obsess over clean attribution, and use AI tools to work faster and smarter, we'd love to hear from you!
