Full Job Description
As a member of the Global Technology HR team, you'll play a critical role in advancing the people strategies that enable our technology, data, and AI organizations to achieve their business objectives. Working closely with HR Business Partners and technology leaders, you'll help shape, execute, and measure people strategies across a broad spectrum of topics including organizational effectiveness, talent planning, workforce transformation, leadership development, associate engagement, culture, and change management.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level. You'll partner with HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into actionable people initiatives, accelerate the delivery of key programs, and bring data-driven insights that inform talent and organizational decisions.

You'll help ensure our people strategies move from concept to measurable outcomes and will lead the delivery of HR initiatives.

In this role, you'll work at pace in a dynamic and evolving environment. You'll bring curiosity, agility, and a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes, introduce new approaches, and leverage technology and data to improve how work gets done. You'll partner across HR and the business to solve complex challenges, drive adoption of key initiatives, and help demonstrate the impact and progress of our people strategies through meaningful metrics and storytelling.

Success in this role requires strong project leadership, exceptional collaboration skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a passion for helping organizations and leaders adapt to the future of work. You are energized by building new capabilities, challenging conventional thinking, and finding innovative ways to elevate both the associate experience and business results.

"I am the person Capital Group is looking for."
  • You are passionate about helping organizations and leaders achieve business outcomes through effective people strategies and organizational excellence.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • You are highly agile and adaptable, able to quickly shift between strategic thinking, problem solving, and hands-on execution.
  • You enjoy finding better ways of working and consistently challenge existing processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You bring an innovative approach to HR, exploring new ideas, technologies, and practices to drive greater impact and efficiency.
  • You have strong project and change management capabilities and can drive complex initiatives from concept through execution.
  • You are highly analytical and can transform workforce, talent, and engagement data into actionable insights, recommendations, and compelling narratives.
  • You enjoy partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to solve organizational challenges, influence decisions, and accelerate outcomes.
  • You effectively navigate ambiguity, connect disparate information, and identify themes and opportunities that others may not see.
  • You are a skilled communicator who can tailor messages to different audiences and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have a track record of working collaboratively across teams, building strong relationships, and achieving results through influence rather than authority.
  • You are energized by helping teams measure, communicate, and demonstrate progress against strategic people priorities.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
