Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly.
  • Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
  • Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
  • Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
