Role Scope- Own employee relations across the company: investigations, conflict resolution, and policy questions handled fast and fairly.
- Run investigations end to end with documentation that stands up to legal review.
- Coach managers through performance and conduct issues before they escalate.
- Track ER patterns and fix the root cause, whether it is a policy, a manager, or a process.
