Full Job Description
Role Scope
  • Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
  • Coach managers, many of them first-time, on hiring, performance, and hard conversations on a factory timeline.
  • Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
  • Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.

What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.
  • You've been the HR partner for a manufacturing, industrial, or field workforce, on-site and in the mix.
  • You've coached first-time managers into good ones.
  • You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
  • You move at operating speed: same-day answers, not next-cycle policies.
  • You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.
  • Bonus: Hourly workforce programs. High-growth scaling. HRIS implementation. Bilingual English and Spanish.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency.
