Role Scope- Serve as the people partner for the Manufacturing org as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
- Coach managers, many of them first-time, on hiring, performance, and hard conversations on a factory timeline.
- Own employee relations on the ground: investigate, resolve, and document with judgment and speed.
- Build the people rhythms for an hourly and salaried workforce: onboarding, reviews, engagement, and offboarding.

- You've coached first-time managers into good ones.
- You've run sensitive ER cases end to end and your investigations held up.
- You move at operating speed: same-day answers, not next-cycle policies.
- You know employment law well enough to know when you need counsel.
