As a member of the
People Experience team, you will be the heartbeat of the employee journey, owning the local execution of Global People programs and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can perform at their best and reach their full potential. You will be the primary partner for employees and managers in the Global Finance, Global Legal and Global Information Technology, translating HR policies into practical solutions and driving operational excellence across the region. Responsibilities:- Managing the execution of critical Global People programs, including performance management, talent planning, learning & development and compensation, in close partnership with People Business Partners and Center of Excellence teams
- Closely partnering with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement new global programs in the context of the business and region
- Ensuring high quality experience around the "moments that matter" within the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and key career transitions
- Coaching and advising managers on employee relations, performance management, career development, and leadership capabilities to elevate team performance and engagement
- Managing employee relations cases applying sound judgment and conflict resolution with Legal and business stakeholders
- Partnering with Ethics & Compliance on investigations to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
- Utilizing data analytics and organizational diagnostics to identify trends and translate insights into actionable solutions for the business
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying and diagnosing operational bottlenecks, developing and managing the implementation of solutions, and leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize HR service delivery
- Providing on-the-ground-feedback and insights to People Business Partners, CoE, and CBS- ensuring the broader People function remains connected to what is happening across the organization
- Managing key components of agile Global People projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree- Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources or business experience
- Experience with driving continuous improvement, including identifying gaps, developing and implementing solutions for HR programs and initiatives
- Experience leveraging data to identify patterns, to diagnose HR issues, and to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple HR initiatives with high detail orientation
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing stakeholders across the HR function or across multiple functions
- Demonstrated ownership in managing competing priorities and timelines to accomplish overlapping activities
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)- Experience in the CPG or FMCG industry implementing scalable HR processes and global programs within a multi-national environment
- Strong coaching and advisory skills with a proven ability to influence manager development and team performance
- Advanced emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to manage complex employee relations
- Demonstrated experience in leading through change in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and managing multiple HR initiatives with high detail orientation
- Proven proficiency in leveraging AI, data analytics, and HR technologies (e.g., self-service portals) to drive insights and workflow optimization
- Comfort operating with autonomy and taking initiative in ambiguous, fast-moving environments- knowing when to escalate and when to resolve

Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $109,000.00 - $137,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
