In this role, you'll partner closely with Product and Design leaders to help them build and scale high-performing, high-ownership teams. You'll work side-by-side with leaders as they navigate growth, evolve their org structures, and operate in an environment where priorities shift quickly.

Partner deeply with Product and Design leaders

Coach and challenge leaders
Support leaders in navigating complex people and organizational decisions. Provide direct, thoughtful feedback and help raise the bar on leadership across the org.
Drive performance and accountability
Partner with managers on performance, feedback, and development, ensuring teams are operating at a high bar and addressing gaps quickly.
Navigate complex people situations
Handle employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing empathy for individuals with what's right for the team and the business.
Stay close to the work
Develop a strong understanding of how Product, Design, and Engineering teams operate, from how decisions are made to where friction exists, and use that context to guide leaders effectively.
Operate in ambiguity
Help leaders navigate shifting priorities, evolving org structures, and new problem spaces, bringing clarity where things are not yet fully defined.
Help scale how we work
Partner with the Head of PBPs and broader People team to evolve and implement practices that support high-performing technical teams.
