- Supporting organizational changes, from small team restructures to larger shifts in how LUS is organized, including planning, manager preparation, project management and team member communication.
- Applying Quebec employment law and practice to Lyft's global programs, and flagging early where something needs to be adapted locally.
- Using data to spot patterns, such as attrition, engagement and hiring trends, and bringing them to leaders with a clear view on what to do next.
- Partnering with Finance to track headcount cost, holding leaders accountable and advising on headcount shifts to remain neutral to budget while optimizing for business outcomes.
- Being a visible, trusted presence on site, particularly for teams who don't sit at a desk all day.

- Professional fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Solid experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management and exits.
- Experience supporting both salaried, corporate employees and hourly, frontline and / or site-based populations.
