Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) and workflow solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) and proven experience in building scalable, enterprise-level Pega applications that align with business requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Pega applications.
- Customize and configure Pega solutions.
- Integrate Pega with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Pega development.
Required Skills- Proven experience with Pega PRPC.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Desire to work in an information systems environment
Desired Skills- Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- Pega 8 experience
- Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience
- Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise Bachelor's + 5 years' experience
Security Clearance- Active Top-Secret clearance.
