Pediatrician - Washington DC

Job Description:

Specialty: Pediatrician

Location: Washington, D.C.

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time; 4 or 5-day work week (Flexible)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience required

  • Clinical Scope & Demographic: Provide comprehensive "bread and butter" pediatric care to a diverse panel (birth to age 23) with a focus on newborn wellness and procedures including suturing, I&Ds, and foreign body removal.
  • Operational Excellence: Benefit from a highly efficient 1:1 MA-to-Provider ratio and dedicated administrative support, maintaining a sustainable and focused volume of 15-20 patients per day.
  • Collaborative Culture: Thrive in a light-hearted, group-oriented environment with a mentorship-rich transition period.
  • Work-Life Synergy: Enjoy a no-evening schedule (7:00 am - 4:00 pm) with a flexible call rotation of approximately 1:3 (TBD based on total provider count) and the unique option to trade weekend shifts for mid-week lifestyle days.
