About the Case- Medically complex pediatric patient
- Trach and ventilator dependent
- G-J tube feedings and care
- Requires skilled respiratory monitoring and airway management
- One-on-one nursing care in the home setting

What You'll Do- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability
- Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator support
- Perform trach care, suctioning, and airway management as ordered
- Administer and monitor G-J tube feedings
- Assess respiratory status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the family and pediatric clinical team to ensure continuity of care
Pay RateLPN: Up to $40/hr What You Bring- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-J tube care preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
