- Trach and ventilator dependent
- Private duty 1:1 nursing care
- Weekend 16-hour coverage
- Potential to transition into a full 16x7 case
Pompton Plains, NJ- Pediatric patient requiring trach, ventilator, and G-tube care
- Overnight skilled nursing support
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM shifts
- Approximately 40 hours per week available
Franklin Lakes, NJ- Pediatric patient requiring private duty nursing support
- Transportation and care coordination assistance
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday evening coverage
- Sunday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
What You'll Do- Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the home setting
- Monitor and manage tracheostomy and ventilator support as ordered
- Administer and monitor G-tube feedings
- Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, physicians, and the pediatric clinical team
Pay RateLPN: Up to $40/hr What You Bring- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Experience with trach, ventilator, and G-tube care preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Physical exam within 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
- Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
