Full Job Description
Dentistry for Children-Cross Keys is looking for a passionate, patient-focused Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. Our practice has built a loyal patient base over the years and stays busy - you'll never be short on meaningful work, and you'll be backed by a team of experienced, long-tenured staff who know how to make visits easy for kids (and parents).
Why You'll Love Working Here
• Prime Cross Keys location - this upscale planned community is one of Baltimore's most desirable neighborhoods, with a park-like, tranquil feel. It sits just off I-83, convenient to both destinations north of the city and Downtown Baltimore, and close to Cylburn Arboretum's 200 acres of gardens and trails
• Nearby shopping and dining right in the village, from Talbots and Williams Sonoma to well-reviewed local restaurants
• Family-friendly area with strong nearby schools and an easy commute for professionals throughout the Baltimore metro
• Recently remodeled, state-of-the-art office - modern equipment and a bright, kid-friendly space designed for both comfort and clinical excellence
• Busy, well-established patient base - strong referral network and steady schedule from day one
• Experienced, tenured support staff - hygienists and front-office team who know the practice and the patients
Compensation & Benefits
• Generous sign-on bonus
• Excellent, competitive compensation package
• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Company-paid, occurrence-based malpractice insurance - coverage that follows you, not just while you're employed
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Supportive, low-turnover team environment
If you're a caring, skilled Pediatric Dentist looking for a stable, high-quality practice in a beautiful, convenient location - we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and grow your career in the heart of Baltimore's Cross Keys community.
