An experienced clinical and administrative team supports our dentists so they can focus on delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care and building lasting patient relationships.
What You'll Do- Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical and front office team.
- Use digital technology and workflows in a fully digital dental practice.
- Provide comprehensive dental care tailored to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
- Practice with clinical autonomy, with access to mentorship and support as needed.
- Build trusted relationships with patients and provide a positive dental experience.
- Contribute to a positive team culture focused on patient care and quality dentistry.
- Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and company-provided continuing education.
What We're Looking For- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school, with specialized training in pediatric dentistry.
- Active or eligible Texas dental license.
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in professional development and continued clinical growth.

Compensation and Benefits- Potential income: $500,000-$600,000 yearly at full-time.
