Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Patient Recruitment and Engagement Manager to join our Phase 1 Unit Recruiting team. Responsibilities- Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies at Medpace Clinical Pharmacology Unit (MCPU);
- Work effectively with physicians, patient advocacy and specialized community groups to support and increase participant enrollment
- Work effectively with CPU leadership to develop recruitment plans and ideas for new and on-going studies.
- Utilize our systems to track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment;
- Update study specific social media sites; and
- Increase awareness of MCPU and its trials within the community
- Actively participate and network at various Community, University & College events
- Perform ad-hoc projects/tasks as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelors in Life Science preferred;
- At least 5 years of patient recruitment experience;
- Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, social media platforms, and
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills.
