  • Provide ongoing operational and strategic support to specialized Financial Advisor teams, including coordinating resources, developing materials, monitoring open items, and facilitating timely resolution of escalations.
  • Partner closely with internal training teams to plan and execute training programs for the specialized Financial Advisor network, including developing curricula and materials, coordinating presenters and logistics, facilitating sessions, and measuring participant engagement and effectiveness.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of technology enhancements by coordinating requirements, testing solutions, preparing communications and training materials, and collecting feedback from Financial Advisors.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements that improve consistency, efficiency, controls, and service delivery across the Executive Services workstream.
  • Evaluate and improve end-to-end workflows, documenting current-state processes, defining future-state approaches, and partnering with business, operations, technology, data, and compliance stakeholders to drive implementation.
  • Develop concise and effective presentations, communications, and reporting that convey strategic priorities, implementation progress, advisor feedback, and business insights.
  • Use data and performance indicators to assess adoption and outcomes, identify actionable optimization opportunities, and support test-and-learn efforts.
  • Participate in senior-level discussions and contribute insights that inform both tactical execution and the long-term direction of Executive Services.
