Key job responsibilities This role is responsible for close collaboration with the geo Indirect Sales and Partner teams, global Partner, Marketing and Sales organizations. It coordinates across various stakeholders, informing, educating, aligning and driving outcomes for the benefit of the entire business and all teams. It designs and helps implement global policies, rules of engagement and execution for superb partner and customer experience. Deeply understanding the partner and customer experience and business performance, you'll identify the current gaps in execution or operational design and involve stakeholders to drive solutions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 5+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including, but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience - 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology - Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations across leadership and cross-functional teams - Experience working in the AWS Field organization, closely working with Customers and Partners, understanding the needs from the field and how to best advocate for them? The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
