P2R Sales Manager

Are you passionate about building strategic customer relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering commercial excellence across the refining, midstream, and downstream chemicals markets?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment where you can influence executive stakeholders, develop winning sales strategies, and expand market opportunities with key customers across multiple regions?

As a P2R Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales plans that are aligned with customer's business plan to deliver growth in targeted area
  • Ensuring sales campaigns and strategies are consistent with the overall objectives for the company
  • Proactively identifying and engaging new potential strategic customers
  • Building relationships with key customers at both corporate and regional offices
  • Performing standard portfolio management practices to understand customer
  • Applying or leading the application of innovative ideas and technologies to create a business or organizational advantage
  • Managing customer contracts to maximize profitability while monitoring and evaluating programs and expenditures


To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Have 10+ years' experience in refining, midstream, or upstream chemical sales
  • Have proven track record of delivering top and bottom-line growth
  • Have comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and market conditions
  • Have comprehensive understanding of company products/applications and services
  • 50% business travel required
  • Have excellent business acumen
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have commitment to customer service and ability to work in team-oriented environment


Preferred:
  • Have Bachelor's Degree in a Sciences or Engineering field
  • Have 15+ years' experience in refining, midstream, or upstream chemical sales
  • Have 5+ years of corporate sales experience at the C-suite level
  • Have commercial negotiations experience with large corporate contracts in the downstream or midstream markets
