This position is for a team player who is flexible and willing to pitch in and do what it takes to efficiently and effectively operate Kinder Morgan's extensive midstream platform day to day while also working to capture business opportunities as part of a larger team.
Support corrosion supervisors and corrosion technicians as a subject matter expert on Company standards and procedures, including O&M, construction standards, and material requirements related to corrosion control.
Define and prepare job scopes and cost estimates � Provide leadership and direction to project team that may be comprised of internal and external service providers including but not limited to Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, Operation Engineers and Environmental Engineers.
Negotiate the acquisition of right-of-way and other property interest, as necessary, to accommodate the construction, operation, maintenance of company facilities, in such a manner to minimize litigation.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve the business problems using good information technology techniques, keeping in mind the capacity and limitations of the hardware/software, system response time, and form of desired results.
Work with IT Leads, IT and Business Users and Vendors to design, construct, implement and support software systems in compliance with Kinder Morgan IT policies. Monitor, track and report on the status of projects and initiatives as required.
