📍 Remote / Field-Based | Nationwide Opportunity | 50-75% Travel

Borusan Pipe U.S. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager - Standard Pipe to help drive revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand our market position across assigned accounts, territories, and business segments.

This is not a traditional outside sales role. This position combines direct sales execution with business ownership responsibilities, including forecasting, pricing strategy, inventory exposure management, market intelligence, account strategy, and high-level customer negotiations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial judgment, a deep understanding of industrial or steel-related sales, and the ability to translate product, operational, and market dynamics into profitable business growth.

As Borusan Pipe continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position with responsibility for developing and managing Outside Sales Representatives.

What You'll Do
• Develop and execute territory and account-level sales strategies
• Manage assigned accounts with ownership of revenue, margin, and performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
• Lead high-level negotiations and resolve complex customer issues
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and production planning decisions
• Monitor pricing trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
• Recommend and implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
• Manage inventory exposure and support decisions that reduce aging risk
• Partner with Planning, Operations, Logistics, Quality, and Sales leadership
• Provide field insights to support branding, product positioning, and marketing effectiveness
• Help shape the future structure and development of the Outside Sales team

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years of outside sales experience
• Industrial, steel, pipe, manufacturing, or distribution sales experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pricing, market dynamics, and supply-demand balance
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and complex customer negotiations
• Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and business planning
• Ability to translate technical product advantages into commercial value
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel 50-75% for customer visits, industry events, claim handling, and market engagement
