Qualifications

• California Medical License required
• Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery needed
• Fluoroscopy Permit essential
• Experience with acute fractures necessary
• Interest in upper extremity procedures preferred
• Strong communication skills expected
• High patient satisfaction scores desired

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care in a Level III Trauma environment
• Collaborate with a skilled team of orthopedic surgeons
• Participate in surgical procedures involving acute fractures
• Engage with patients to improve satisfaction and care
• Manage a limited number of shifts with a predictable schedule
