Job Title: Originator Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Overview

Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. seeks an Originator Specialist in New York, NY to coordinate end to end execution of cross-border M&A, capital markets, and structured financing transactions for corporate clients across Latin America, with specific regional focus on Central America and the Caribbean. Requires a Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience building and auditing transaction models including DCF, M&A, LBO, and capital structure optimization models for companies operating in Latin America; performing regulatory analysis, performing commercial credit analysis, and reviewing issuances under 144a / Reg S rules for cross-border corporate finance and capital markets transactions; driving due diligence processes, including coordinating with legal, tax, commercial, technical, and regulatory advisors; developing client facing strategic materials including confidential information memoranda, teasers, fairness opinions, valuation analyses, capital market updates, transaction structures proposals, and board presentations; evaluating industry dynamics and macroeconomic drivers in markets including FX volatility, political, and regulatory risk, and sector-specific operational metrics; analyzing and structuring financing instruments, including bonds, loans, and acquisition financing facilities; assessing investor appetite, pricing benchmarks, and repayment capacity analysis; working with financial data tools, analytical platforms, and market data systems, including FactSet, Eikon, and internal risk and compliance systems, including Credit Risk Memos (CRM), Anti Financial Crime (AFC) regulations, Group Sustainability (GS), and RepRisk. Salary range: $275,000.00 - $290,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
