Infosys is seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Lead to implement and support Core HR, Benefits and Payroll modules for Canada public sector clients. You'll need expert knowledge of Canada payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Benefits Cloud, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
As an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, specifically Benefits Management and Payroll for the CANADA public sector.
You'll need a deep understanding of all CANADA Payroll, Pension, and Benefits processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Benefits Cloud in the CANADA public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
Required Qualifications:- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

Required Skills - Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM for Benefits, CORE HR and Payroll modules for CANADA
- Candidate should be proficient in all the CANADA Payroll, Pension and Benefits Processes
- Hands-on experience in HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, HCM Extracts, HSDL, Fast Formulas, and Payroll Batch Loader
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll, CORE HR and Benefits and other modules
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of OIC would be a plus
- Basic security understanding of integrations and reports catalogue (BIP)
- Awareness of SOAP/WSDL, Rest APIs, file transmissions, etc.
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
